Since joining Zoho in 2001, Charles has been involved in bootstrapping and leading the development of several products. As a founding member of Zoho Creator, in 2005, he's since played a key role in evolving the product from its first line of code to the transformative low code platform it is today. An engineer by education, he's passionate about software product management, user experience, and user education.
